Vortex Razor HD Gen III 4-24x44 FFP - Precision Rifle Scope EBR-7D MOA

Overview

The Vortex Razor® HD Gen III 4-24x44 FFP EBR-7D MOA is designed for demanding shooters seeking an extended magnification range in a compact and rugged format. Thanks to its HD optical system with multi-coated XR Plus lenses, it delivers exceptional resolution, high color fidelity, and optimal light transmission, even in low-light conditions. Built for precision shooting, mountain hunting, or use on DMRs and semi-automatic rifles, it combines optical performance with field durability.

Technical Features

• 4-24x magnification, 44 mm objective: an extended range that covers both close-range and long-distance shooting without switching optics.
• Glass-etched EBR-7D reticle, front focal plane (FFP): constant subtensions from 4x to 24x for reliable range estimation, windage corrections, and moving target lead at any magnification.
• 10-level, lockable illumination: fast and readable aiming in broad daylight, with precise adjustment according to ambient light.
• 34 mm tube, L-Tec+ turret system: lockable elevation turret with micro-adjustable Zero Stop and return-to-zero via a simple set screw, for repeatable corrections in the field.
• Adjustment range of 158 MOA elevation / 86 MOA windage: generous correction margin for long-range shooting.
• Aircraft-grade aluminum construction, argon purged: fully waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof for reliability in all conditions.
• Compact dimensions: 356 mm, 1,021 g: a controlled footprint despite the 4-24x magnification range.

Advantages

• Edge-to-edge optical clarity that reduces eye fatigue during long shooting or hunting sessions.
• An FFP reticle that guarantees accurate correction calculations at any magnification, without mental conversion.
• Lockable turrets that prevent any accidental drift between shots or during transport.
• A matte, anti-glare Stealth Shadow® finish that limits detection in the field.
• A compact, balanced format suited to both lightweight precision rifles and DMR configurations.

Use and Maintenance

To preserve optical quality over time, clean the lenses with a dedicated microfiber cloth and avoid any contact with harsh chemicals. The argon purge provides protection against internal fogging and moisture, so there is no need to open the tube. Periodically check the locking mechanism of the elevation turret and Zero Stop system before each outing, especially after prolonged transport, to ensure the repeatability of settings.
