Overview
The Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24 FFP is a low power variable optic (LPVO) riflescope designed for tactical shooting and run-and-gun disciplines. Its illuminated, glass-etched EBR-8 BDC MOA reticle sits in the first focal plane: correction references thus remain proportional at all magnifications. From point-blank range to 600 yards with common .223/5.56 mm and .308/7.62 mm ammunition, this optic adapts to numerous situations, and its BDC hashmarks also allow working with other calibers.

Use and Maintenance
Mount the scope on a rail suited to a 30 mm tube, adjust the eyepiece focus to your eyesight and zero it at the distance of your choice. The EBR-8 reticle facilitates quick corrections thanks to its BDC hashmarks. For maintenance, clean the lenses with the supplied cloth and keep the flip caps closed during transport. The CR2032 battery powers the reticle illumination; remember to turn it off after use to preserve battery life.
