Vortex Strike Eagle 3-18x44 FFP EBR-7C MOA - Long Range Precision

Overview

The Vortex Strike Eagle 3-18x44 FFP EBR-7C MOA is designed for demanding shooters seeking genuine versatility between tactical precision shooting and hunting at all distances. Thanks to its front focal plane (FFP) design, the EBR-7C reticle maintains a constant scale ratio at every magnification level, ensuring reliable distance estimation, wind corrections, and elevation compensation whether shooting at 3x or 18x. A design built for the demanding conditions of Swiss terrain, from the shooting range to long mountain distances.

Technical Features

• 3-18x magnification, 44 mm objective: covers both fast close-range engagement and long-range precision shooting
• Front focal plane EBR-7C reticle, glass-etched: ultra-fine 0.14 MOA center point, wind reference points and multiple sub-hashes for holdover, wind compensation, and engaging moving targets without redialing turrets
• 11-level adjustable illumination: adapts from low light to bright sunlight for consistent reticle visibility
• XD Optical System with full multi-coating: enhances resolution, color fidelity, and light transmission for a sharp, bright image
• RevStop Zero System (tool-less zero stop): quick, repeatable return to zero after adjustment, valuable for changing tactical scenarios
• 1/4 MOA per click turrets, up to 154 MOA of elevation travel and 62 MOA of windage: precise adjustments for a wide range of distances and calibers
• 34 mm aircraft-grade aluminum tube, ArmorTek coating, argon purged: high mechanical strength, scratch protection, and fog-proof sealing for all-season use

Advantages

• FFP reticle graduated in MOA: no mental conversion needed between distances, immediate precision at every magnification
• Lockable turret and generous eye box: according to user feedback, the Strike Eagle offers comfortable handling and reliable return to zero, appreciated in both tactical and hunting use
• 3-18x versatility: a single scope for close-range and long-range shooting, limiting investment in multiple optics
• Rugged waterproof and fog-proof construction: reliable use in all weather, an asset for Swiss alpine conditions
• Glass quality recognized by independent testers as justifying its premium positioning, with solid construction and genuine field versatility

Use and Maintenance

Mount the scope on a 34 mm rail with a tightening torque compliant with the ring manufacturer's recommendations. Clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth and a dedicated optics cleaning product, never with an abrasive fabric. Store the device in a dry environment between uses to preserve the argon purge over the long term. The scope is covered by Vortex Optics' VIP warranty.
