Vortex Strike Eagle 1-10x24 FFP Riflescope - EBR-8 BDC MOA Reticle

Overview

The Strike Eagle® 1-10x24 FFP riflescope from Vortex Optics is designed for tactical and competition shooters who demand speed at close range and precision at long distance from a single optic. Thanks to its front focal plane design, the EBR-8 BDC (MOA) reticle stays proportional to the image at every magnification, from 1x for close-quarters engagement to 10x for targets at 600 meters. A compact, rugged LPVO built for AR platforms and designed to reduce reaction time when every second counts.

Technical Specifications

• 1-10x magnification, 24mm objective: a single optic for dynamic shooting and long-range precision.
• EBR-8 BDC (MOA) reticle, first focal plane: consistent graduations at every magnification for holdover compensation and range estimation, calibrated for .223/5.56mm and .308/7.62mm.
• One-piece 30mm aircraft-grade aluminum tube: optimal alignment, rigidity and shock resistance.
• Capped turrets, 1/4 MOA, 25 MOA per revolution: up to 110 MOA of elevation and windage adjustment.
• Parallax setting at 150 yards: retained sharpness at typical engagement distances.
• 3.7-inch eye relief: comfortable safety margin, even under recoil.
• Length 10.0 inches, weight 21.6 oz: compact enough to leave rail space for additional accessories.

Benefits

• Instantly transition from 3-Gun style close-quarters shooting to long-range engagement without switching optics.
• Motion-activated illumination with automatic shutoff after 10 minutes: the reticle lights up as soon as you move, and the battery is preserved without a second thought.
• XD optical system and fully multi-coated lenses for a bright, high-contrast image with reduced chromatic aberration, even in low-light conditions.
• ArmorTek® coating on external lenses: protection against scratches, oil and dirt in the field.
• Nitrogen purged with O-ring seals for total waterproof and fogproof performance in any weather.
• Included throw lever for quick magnification changes without breaking your sight line.

Use and Maintenance

Clean the lenses with the included optical cloth to preserve the ArmorTek® coating without scratching the surface. The nitrogen purge ensures reliable anti-fog protection through temperature swings encountered in the mountains as well as in the lowlands. The scope ships with throw lever, flip caps, CR2032 battery, 2mm adjustment tool, sunshade and user manual, ready to mount on your AR platform.
