Vortex Impact 4000 - Rail-Mounted Ballistic Laser Rangefinder

Overview

The Vortex Impact 4000 (reference LRF-IMP4000) is a rail-mounted ballistic laser rangefinder, designed for long-range competition shooters and hunters operating in open terrain. Thanks to its integrated GeoBallistics ballistic solver and onboard environmental sensors, it delivers distance, ballistic data, and weather information without ever leaving the shoulder of the weapon. Mounted directly on a Picatinny rail or on Vortex Precision rings via the Diving Board system, it stays permanently operational and ready to measure.

Technical Specifications

Use and Maintenance

The Impact 4000 mounts on a Picatinny rail or, via the Diving Board system, on Vortex Precision rings or mounts. Once mounted, connect it to the GeoBallistics app and pair the included Bluetooth remote for remote operation without leaving your shooting position. The device ships with a mounting kit for the remote, a zeroing tool, the CR123 and CR2032 batteries required for the remote, an optical cleaning cloth, and a SureFit case to protect the device when not in use. Regularly clean the lenses with the included cloth and store the rangefinder in its case when not in use.
