Overview

The Direct Action Compact MED Pouch is a low-profile individual first aid kit (IFAK) pouch, designed to be worn at the rear of the belt or mounted on any MOLLE/PALS-compatible platform. Developed with medics and TCCC instructors, it secures your first aid equipment thanks to a removable ambidextrous Hypalon insert, extractable with one hand from either side. The Velcro front panel featuring the high-contrast "MED" marking guarantees immediate identification, even in low-light conditions.

Use and Maintenance

Mount the pouch on your belt (up to 45 mm) or on a MOLLE/PALS platform, preferably at the rear of the belt to preserve your working area. Position the tourniquet in the top elastic and the scissors on the back of the insert. Be careful not to overload the insert: excessive filling makes extraction more difficult. Favor compressed dressings over full-size formats. After use, empty the insert, let everything air dry and regularly check the condition of the elastics and the marking.
