HSGI ReFlex IFAK Black - MOLLE Medic Pouch, Rapid Deployment

Overview

The ReFlex™ IFAK by High Speed Gear is a modular MOLLE medical pouch developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel. This two-part system, consisting of a medical roll and a carrier, was designed around the supplies included in the US military-issue IFAK, for fast and organized access in emergency situations. The ReFlex Carrier and the ReFlex Med Roll can be purchased together or separately, depending on your operational needs.

Technical Features

• Construction: high-strength nylon laminate, ensuring durability and resistance to intensive use
• HANK™ handles: highly abrasion-resistant Kevlar® neoprene composite, for a reliable long-term grip
• Attachment: vertical or horizontal mounting on belts from 1.5" to 2.25", and horizontal mounting on standard MOLLE systems
• Mini MOLLE: allows precise adjustment on narrow belts from 1.5" or two-row MOLLE panels
• External dimensions: approximately 20.3 x 7.6 x 14 cm, compact for discreet carry on a plate carrier or tactical belt
• Glove access: dedicated side slits, usable with or without removing the roll from the carrier
• Loop panels: present on both the medical roll and the carrier, with an included Medical Cross Patch for quick identification

Use and Care

This medic pouch attaches quickly to a tactical belt or MOLLE vest thanks to its modular attachment system. To preserve the longevity of the nylon laminate and HANK handles, clean the pouch with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Regularly check the condition of the MOLLE attachments and loop panel before each operational use.
