Overview

The Skeletonized Plate Carrier Flap® by Direct Action is one of the lightest front flaps on the market. Designed for operators focused on shaving off every unnecessary gram, it offers a laser-cut modular platform, fully compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. It attaches to your plate carrier in seconds, transforming your setup according to the mission.

This front panel is installed directly on the BEARCAT® Ultralight Plate Carrier and on the SPITFIRE® MK I and MK II systems. Thanks to Direct Action's Front Flap Rig Interface (sold separately), it can also be converted into a compact chest rig for missions requiring a minimal footprint.

Use and Care

Attach the flap to your plate carrier using the rear Velcro, then lock the two upper Fastex buckles. Position your MOLLE/PALS pouches and accessories as needed. For care, hand wash with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from any direct heat source. Avoid machine washing to preserve the laser-cut structure and buckles.
